I'm never again. Old. Old old no facilities..... I request room service toothbrush... He say 'just go outside many have supermarket'
Altough a bit not up to date and not modernized , The Ambassador hotel respond perfectly to the needs of travellers willing to enjoy a confortable stay , at a reasonable price without unnecessary luxury . The service is good and the staff kind without too many fuss . Travellers need normal hotel where the sleeping side is the key factor without being forced to buy a full range of unnecessary services . Well done , Ambassador
Strange enough , we wanted to rent a car through the channel of the hotel , hoping to get addresses and contacts of local car rental agencies , but nobody could indicate us a small local car rental company .
excellent location, Very Good staff Especially Manager Mr. Prem, also my compliments to house keeping who accept and wave off charges as they feel guest is right.
they can improve little more on air conditions
Very bad location all the restaurants in the location was offering only indian and bakistany food
Location, nearby bus stand, Taxi stand, nearby Carrefore, shops, etc..
What I like about ah is the cleanliness in my room, staff are quite good, location is very near to creek, restaurants, and bus station, price very reasonable.
Less facilities, no gym, sauna, massage, breakfast was very bland Indian style, and no fruits at all, my goodness!!!
Booking through Booked.net was really value for money. We got a nice, clean double room and a comfortable stay. Even though night club was live, it didn't disturb us.
Nice location near to the Dubai creek, facilities are ok for staying for short period.
Staff are very polite and helpful Room was very clean Room service was very quick
I stayed at this hotel for five days. Location is perfect, as it is quite near to main sight seeing areas in bur dubai and deira dubai. It is close to bus stop and metro also. Somehow, the staff at the reception especially in the evening shift was not so perfect. Everytime I asked for my room keys, they asked me my room number whereas I feel they should have known their guests room nos to say the least. Somehow I did not find them very cordial or welcoming. The reception staff in morning shift was much better. Overall, the stay was alright.
My mail to the hotel before leaving my country for confirmation of my booking was not answered desptite my request to Booked.net to further my request to the hotel.
I asked for late check out 1pm they did not agreed.
We stayed this Hotel second time, which I like the most is hotel staff, and ambience... Its just close to bus stand, metro station, 24 hour open shopping mall, indian restaurants.. Its easy to track on gps, its value for money...
Avoid in the late night at reception with your family n kids
The honesty of the manager from the Ambys Restaurant. The staff from the resto are nice, though the foods are not good, at least they are accommodating. Receptionist in the morning are good!
The staff in the reception (evening duty) are rude and not accommodating.
Convenient location, reasonable rate and reasonable service.
No internet in room
At this time of the year, it was a decently priced hotel at a central location.
Well, they are cheating. They overcharged my credit card - admittedly by a rather small amount, too small in fact to take the effort to retrieve the money. But as a matter of principle, they charge something different then on the bill, which is illegal in the places I am usually going to.
